The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law has a robust Young Professionals Committee that works on initiatives to provide opportunities for engagement and increase the participation of young professionals in the Foundation and the natural resources and energy law community. Young professionals are key to fostering collegial relationships and ensuring the continued dedication to the scholarly and practical study of natural resources and energy law. 4 YEARS OR LESS IN PRACTICE
NEW PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP: Young professionals in their first four years of practice can join the Foundation by taking out a New Professional Membership for only $75! To qualify for a New Professional Membership, you must have graduated from law school or began your career as a non-lawyer natural resources professional within the past five years.
Members in their first four years of practice can attend the Annual Institute and most Special Institutes for only $100.
If you are a member in your first four years of practice you can attend the Annual Institute and most Special Institutes for only $100, (which is a fraction of the regular member rate), regardless whether you have a New Professional Membership or are a member through your organization!
FULL TIME LAW STUDENTS
FOR STUDENTS: Check out our Scholarship opportunities as well as support for travel to our Annual Institute and many of our Special Institutes and Short Courses.
