Richard H. Bate
Richard graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. His long history with the Foundation included Executive Director from the fall of 1967 to December of 1970. He served on many committees including the RMMLF Journal Editorial Board. For his support throughout his career, he was appointed an Honorary Trustee. He greatly valued natural resources legal education and scholarship and remained committed to the work of the Foundation for more than 40 years.
