All sessions will be held at The Hythe, formerly the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort. Plan for a starting time of 8:30 am on July 21 and adjournment at noon on July 23. Vail is about 120 miles from Denver International Airport (DEN) and 35 miles from Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE).

Traveling To Vail:
Airlines: Vail is conveniently located adjacent to I-70, with easy access from the Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) to the west and Denver International Airport (DEN) to the east. Eagle is about 35 minutes from Vail and has non-stop service from both Denver and Dallas/Fort Worth in the summer months with United and American Airlines. Denver International Airport is two hours east of Vail, with non-stop service from over 100 cities worldwide.
Car Rentals: Hertz is offering special discounts for this program of 35%-65% off its own website rates, depending on type of vehicle. Go to www.hertz.com, click on “Add a Discount Code” and then in the pop-up screen, enter the following code in the Convention Number box: 022Q9580. You can also call 405-749-4434 to reserve a car using that same code, but there will be a surcharge for not booking online. This discount code will be available starting on April 1.
Shuttles: Epic Mountain Express is providing a 10% discount off all their services to both DEN and EGE airports. Discounts are eligible for travel from Friday, July 15 through Thursday, July 28.
