For the third time, The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law has partnered with NAPE to provide lawyers, landmen, and other energy professionals with oil and gas and renewable energy legal education in conjunction with the NAPE Expo!
Presentations will examine cutting edge and timely legal issues, including an update of recent cases and other developments in oil and gas law; drafting and negotiating instruments to acquire pore space for CCUS; an overview of ownership of critical minerals in produced water; and an overview of the legal issues associated with the development of wind and solar projects, including those arising from co-development of oil and gas and renewable resources.
