In this webinar, two seasoned trial attorneys will provide a live reprise of their excellent presentation from our recent Special Institute on Litigating and Energy, Natural Resources, or Environmental Case. The webinar will benefit any practitioners and in-house counsel who find themselves preparing for trial.
The speakers will address key issues to consider in developing witness and exhibit lists and touch on available litigation management tools to assist with trial preparation. They will also discuss trial preparation strategies, including whether to file one or more motions in limine, witness presentation order, preparing opening and closing statements and jury instructions, and the best time to undertake that preparation. The webinar will also address areas of focus for cross-examination of the opposing party’s fact witnesses and experts and pointers on improving cross-examination outcomes. After their presentation, the speakers will also answer your questions on preparing for trial.
